STAKE OF PROJECTED POINTS
All construction objects requiring a building permit, as well as the objects mentioned in Article 29, paragraph 20 of the Construction Law Act, are subject to the obligation of geodetic staking.
The staking of the utility network involves the permanent designation of characteristic points and points of inflection that determine its planned course. During staking, it is important to maintain the location specified in the project concerning existing and projected neighboring objects and the boundaries of the plots.
Stages of Order Implementation:

Acceptance of the Order: (registering a new order that includes: client data, information about the object, and the scope of work to be performed).

Transfer of the Utility Network Project by the Investor: based on which the data for the designation of the object in the field will be prepared.

Execution of Geodetic Work in the Field: after prior geodetic analysis of the construction project, the result of which is a list of coordinates of staking points and documentation sketches.

Entry in the Construction Journal: by an authorized surveyor, which serves as the basis for commencing work related to the implementation of the investment.
The staking of a building involves transferring to the field and permanently stabilizing the dimensions presented in the site development project that define its geometry and position concerning the plot boundaries. The stabilization of the axis is carried out by marking points on a leveled board secured to stakes driven in at an appropriate distance from the newly constructed object.
To place an order, it is necessary to provide:

An architectural and construction project approved by the appropriate authority (foundation plan, ground floor plan).

A map with a development plan.

A construction journal (to make an entry by the authorized surveyor).
